I’m committed to strengthen what’s best about Alameda and improve our quality of life.  Here are the three things I’ll do as your city councilmember:

Expand Housing Affordability

• Build new housing affordable for all income levels
• Protect tenants from unfair rent increases & evictions
• Provide coordinated service to engage and support the unhoused and transition them to housing
  
  

Preserve Public Safety

• Keep neighborhoods safe and maintain emergency response times
• Enhance training to eliminate bias in policing
• Support the Alameda CARE team pilot   
  
  

Protect Our Quality of Life

• Invest in economic development to create local jobs
• Upgrade the conditions of roads & repair potholes
• Maintain & upgrade parks, playgrounds & our shoreline
